Negative Product Reviews – Contacting Customers.

Earlier in the year Amazon took away the option to reply to product reviews leaving sellers unable to either defend themselves against false product reviews or unfair feedback. Worse still meaning they could not reach out and resolve issues and provide a better experience for their customers.

Well recently they have moved forward and allowed initial contact in certain circumstances for sellers to reach out and try to resolve any issues.

Currently this can only be use for Branded product and using a automatic Amazon template but it is a start and can be very useful.
