OPTION 1 – Amazon Feedback Maintenance.

  • Seller Reviews: Response, Removal & Conversion requests where possible. Ensures a healthy seller feedback rate.
  • Branded Product Reviews – Reaching out via Amazon platform to Negative Product reviews on branded products.

Some seller’s do not realize how seller feedback rating impacts the overall health of your Amazon account. Most customers do not see the seller feedback and so many Amazon sellers neglect this rating. Seller feedback is vital to account health and also how Amazon see you as a seller. They are not going to push your products if you have bad ratings in your account health.

Even though you can no longer reply to product reviews Amazon have introduced a way to reach out to negative product reviews via Amazon seller central to try and resolve any issues. I now offer this service as part of the review maintenance package.

I offer a seller/product feedback maintenance service for 50 GBP* per month. This is for 1-3 Market places. I will monitor your seller feedback Monday to Friday. On each of those days I will check & reply to all Positive and request removal for all negative/average feedback rating.

Initially I will go through your account to check if any previous negative/average feedback already there can be removed. I will then start monitoring the account 5 days a week to maintain and help improve the rating.

I will raise cases with Amazon where needed and respond as necessary. I make every attempt possible to have them removed and will complete a google spread sheet accessible for both Myself and you to log any legitimate negative comments or repeat complaints that can help you improve you service or product.

*You pay the 50 GBP on agreeing to work and for me to start. You then pay monthly on the same date each month.

*For more than 3 Marketplaces it is 10 GBP per month per additional Marketplace.

 

OPTION 2 РAmazon  Feedback Maintanence & Questions

Making sure Feedback is monitored and responded to means you can pick up on any repeat issues.

  • Seller Reviews: Response, Removal & Conversion requests where possible. Ensures a healthy seller feedback rate.
  • Branded Product Reviews – Reaching out via Amazon platform to Negative Product reviews on branded products.
  • Replying to Product Questions on the product listings.(emails must be forwarded).
  • Up to 10 hours per month.

Your first month will be charged at 100 GBP so that we can monitor your account and put structures into place. At the end of the first month, I will know  approximately how many hours per month will need to be spent on your account and give you a more fixed cost moving forward.

For the Basic option, I do not expect the price to alter from the 100 GBP* unless very high SKU volumes are involved.

*You pay the 100 GBP on agreeing to work and for me to start. You then pay monthly on the same date each month.

*For more than 3 Marketplaces it is 10 GBP per month per additional Marketplace.

OPTION 3 – The Full Works

For the first month, we ask you to work with us to get the best setup for your company. For this, we charge 200GBP*. During this period we monitor every minute spent on your business. At the end of the 1-month trial, we will let you know if it would be more than the expected 20 hours and a monthly fee going forward to complete the tasks in a professional manner.

Service Includes: Customer Messages – Seller Reviews Monitoring – Return Inquiries – Seller Feedback Removal & Conversion.**

  • Customer messages: Guaranteed Checked 2-3 times daily between 8 AM & 5 PM GMT. Monday to Saturday.
  • Seller Reviews: Response, Removal & Conversion requests where possible.Daily Monday to Friday.
  • Branded Product Reviews – Reaching out via Amazon platform to Negative Product reviews on branded products. Daily Monday to Friday.
  • Daily Return Inquiries for FBA products: Why was the product returned? Useful for feedback on product improvement and possible claims against Amazon for shipping costs etc.
  • Replying to Product Questions( Emails must be forwarded)
  • Monthly Feedback: Spreadsheet for Time taken and focusing on repeat product or seller issues, return reasons etc
  • Up to 20 hours per month.

*For more than 3 Marketplaces it is 20 GBP per month per additional Marketplace.

How it work

Each account gets a personalized contact email address. This would be used for access on Amazon and also contact between you and your account personnel.

I work within the UK time zone which is GMT. We are happy to work with both the UK, Europe, and USA FBA sellers, However all responses and replies will only be between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM GMT.There will be a minimum of 2-3 hours between checks.

I work 6 days a week however at the weekend & Public holidays only time-sensitive actions(client messages) will take place and only twice during the same hours as stated above.

* Prices quoted are a minimum fee based on the expected hours /retention. I expect that to be the flat rate for each option stated and will only be increased should required work greatly increase the average hours.

* should you not want all the listed services but wish to switch them out for something more relevant to your needs you can request this. As Customer service is our main aim we do not offer Product research, listing or PPC services.
